Melissa Stuart was introduced to Zero Waste ideas as an undergrad at Washington State University. She went on to lead the student body’s Environmental Task Force, liaising with the university administration to win environmental gains in upcoming campus development projects. Melissa is a non-profit manager and fundraiser anxious to reconnect with waste reduction work as a board member at Zero Waste Washington. Melissa holds a Master of Non-Profit Leadership from Seattle University and served as U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in the Republic of Moldova.
